The Libyan Society for Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems signed an agreement with the Urban Planning Authority, defining the nature of cooperation between the two parties, which includes sharing of information and experiences, providing expertise consultations and support, organizing workshops and, as well as aiding the efforts of the Urban Planning Authority, through leveraging spatial data and information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The signing ceremony was attended by representatives of both the authority and the association, while the agreement was signed by the head of the Urban Planning Authority, Mr. Faraj Abd Al-Nabi Al-Lafi, and Mr. Abdulbasset M. Bendalla, President of the Libyan Society for Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
